We currently ship to UK addresses only, but are looking to expand in the near future and offer worldwide shipping!

All items on our website display a live estimated delivery date, just above the product description. As your items are made especially for you once ordered, this ETA includes fulfilment time AND delivery time.

Orders are typically fulfilled and delivered to UK customers within 4-7 days!

PLEASE NOTE: Hats and Drinks Bottles are shipped separately from other items. This does not affect the estimated delivery date of each product.

Standard Delivery (2-4 days - £4.99

Express Delivery (1-3 days) - £5.99

REMINDER: Delivery times above state the duration it takes for your order to reach you AFTER it has been made and shipped. It does not include the time is takes to make your item. To check when an item is due to be with you, please see the estimated delivery date on the product's page.

As your items are made especially for you once you've ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we can offer a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items, provided you contact us regarding this within 14 days from the day of delivery! You will need to provide photographic evidence of damage or defect upon arrival. If your order is returned to us by a courier due to a carrier error or invalid address, we can arrange for it to be reshipped to you again (please ensure you enter the delivery address correctly to avoid this).

Estimated delivery dates are an estimate and not a guarantee. However, most orders will arrive before or by this date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date and you would like an update, please send us an email via the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page informing us of this. No, we are a Christian brand! However, as one of our core values is to love thy neighbour, we donate 15% of all earnings to charity. We do this through charitable events that we organise ourselves, as well as donating to actual charities with great causes! To keep up with how our donations are distributed, make sure to follow us on Instagram (@bfns_merch) for updates. You can follow us on TikTok (@byfaithnotsight.co.uk)!

We will post updates to our 'Charity' page each time we are organising a charitable event. However, the quickest way to be notified on this is to follow us on Instagram (@bfns_merch), as we announce everything on this platform first! When volunteer work is available, you will need to send us an email providing the information we ask for. Further details of this will be available at the time of announcement, both on social media and our website.

No! Our brand is not restricted to Christians. Anybody can shop or volunteer with us. We are all one regardless of our beliefs, background, gender or orientation and we respect everyone's individuality. We welcome everybody with open arms to join us in helping our brothers and sisters around the world :)

We do not bulk buy and hold stock to sell as most companies do. This ensures that there is no overproduction of items that may go to waste if not sold and no unnecessary excessive use of manufacturing machinery. Instead, we fulfil customers' orders once they have checked out.
