As your items are made especially for you once ordered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we do have a 14-day refund policy for damaged or defective items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund if part or all of your order is damaged or defective. Alternatively, you may request for the damaged or defective item(s) to be replaced, in which we will send you a brand new replacement.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with your order number and must send us photographic evidence of the damage or defect on the item you have requested a refund for or replacement of.

We will investigate with the manufactures to ensure the damage was not made after reaching it's delivery address and get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you an email to confirm this and provide details on when your refund will be processed and sent by, or when your replacement will be fulfilled and delivered to you by (depending on which option you have requested). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
